Vyrenlo provides information about AI and software services. Use of the Site does not create a client relationship until both parties sign a separate statement of work or contract.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in a way that impairs service, introduce malware, or use it to harass or mislead others.

Content on the Site (text, graphics, branding) is owned by Vyrenlo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without our written permission.

No professional advice

Materials on the Site are for general information. They do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. Implementation of AI or software involves risks; outcomes depend on your environment and requirements.

Contact and scheduling

Submitting a form or booking a call does not guarantee availability, engagement, or pricing. We may decline projects that are not a fit.

Third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Formspree) used through the Site are subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrenlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for claims related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyrenlo from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Vyrenlo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes relating to these Terms and the Site, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
